When one door closes. . . it often opens another for someone else.

OK people--say goodbye to the conversion van. Wave--go ahead--wave....Not sad to see it go. VERY happy that it's going to a new and important home. Another family needs it, will love it, is happy to get it--wheelchair included! It felt good to take yet another step on the path of "adjustments". I'm sure Cris is clapping and smiling to see someone else benefit from this equipment. MmmmmBye-bye.
Well HELLO there beautiful. Not a great picture of my new Ford Escape--but isn't she so pretty?
And what's this? Rear view camera? When put in to reverse, the rear view mirror becomes a screen? How awesome is THAT!!!! And here's another fun tidbit--it has "sync". My iPhone is synced to the car for total hands free chatting. Sigh. . . . . .as Charlie says, "It's a beautiful day".

I was thinking a Caddy or some kind of convertible, but a pimped out, synced up Escape works okay too...

Just go easy on your cruisin', I hear that is prohibited in downtown Bako.

I'm sure those people feel so lucky to have found your van & wheelchair! Remember the freedom you gize felt when you first got it? Awesome.

And sweet new ride, AV! Perfect size for carrying around grandkids as well as just cruisin' around town. Can't wait to see you in a couple of weeks!

Well cool! You are, once again, the most tech-savvy woman over the age of 35 that I know! :-) Yesterday I walked my mom through the process of checking my facebook messages. She can sew/cook/create masterpieces, but technology-land is not a place she spends much time. :)

I tried to talk her into the red hot rod car but alas she wouldn't have room to pick up my kids for a gramma date. Makes perfect sense.

I would totally trade my '02 Suzuki XL7 for a Ford Escape with a TV in the rear-view mirror. Wanna trade?
