The "After" pictures of our new floors

It's been a long 3 weeks but well worth it. Our new floors are beautiful--the baseboards fantastic, they feel great under your feet. . . . . . . .and the big news!!!!!!!!!!!. . . .no more asthma/allergies for me. I know--it's shocking and I hesitate putting it in writing lest I jinx it. Since the carpets were removed--my allergies are no more. Seriously. Let's hope it lasts.

Here's the office. That corner desk was not easy to move. Sherod Shederton helped me hoist it up on two dollies to be moved from one side of the room to the other. That puppy was not coming out of the room unless dismantled. Not gonna happen.

The hall. Smooth, lovely and beautiful baseboards. If you click on the picture and make it big you can see wedding photos.
Look!!! All one level--smooth transition from living room to family room--totally wheelchair accessible.

Memzy came and offered her decorating advice. It's good.

It's a project we won't be repeating in our lifetime but we're glad we did it. Thanks to our guy Earl for his expert workmanship.

I agree with not wanting to do it again. If I have to change the carpet again I will just move instead. I think it would be easier. Love it!

I enlarged every picture so I could get a close look at your decor, too. It's all beautiful. I need you and Memzy to fix my house. I lack those kinds of decorating skillz.

That's odd, Jespy has never asked for my help in decorating....
Your house looks fantastic!

That makes my house look like a dump. It is amazing and raising the living room was a great decision. I love your decorations. I don't know why your house is so fashionable when most grandma's have glass grapes, and yarn owls. You have passed the coolest grandma on the block, test.
